What should I wear to my appointment?

For acupuncture, wear loose, comfortable clothing — we mostly work below the elbows, knees, and on the abdomen.
For massage, you’ll undress to your comfort level and be fully draped throughout your session. Cozy and covered is the vibe.

What should I expect during my first visit?

Your first session is a mix of connection, care, and deep exhale.

  • For acupuncture, we’ll do a full intake to understand your fertility or hormonal health journey, followed by your first treatment (60-90 mins).

  • For massage, we’ll talk through your needs (prenatal, postpartum, or therapeutic), and tailor the session to meet your body where it’s at.

Expect to feel grounded, nurtured, and supported.

When can I begin prenatal massage?

We offer prenatal massage after 12 weeks (first trimester). These sessions are deeply supportive, using side-lying positions and cozy bolsters to ensure total comfort for both you and baby.

When can I begin postpartum massage?

Most new mamas come in 2–6 weeks postpartum, or whenever they feel ready.
We’ll tailor each session to your energy, birth experience, and any special healing needs — including C-section scar support and abdominal work.

Can I bring my baby?

Absolutely. While we recommend solo time for your own restoration, babies are always welcome if bringing them allows you to receive care. We’ll make the space cozy for both of you.

Does acupuncture hurt?

Not at all. Most people find it incredibly relaxing. The needles are ultra-thin, and many patients fall asleep during treatment.

How often should I receive fertility acupuncture?

We recommend weekly sessions for at least four menstrual cycles. This gives your body time to shift and respond. We'll personalize your plan based on your goals and where you are in your cycle or treatment timeline.

Can acupuncture support IVF, IUI, or FET?

Yes! Acupuncture supports egg quality, uterine lining, and hormonal balance, and can enhance outcomes when paired with fertility treatments.

What conditions do you treat?

In addition to fertility support, we treat:

  • Irregular, painful, or missing periods

  • PCOS, endometriosis, adenomyosis

  • Diminished ovarian reserve (DOR), low AMH, elevated FSH

  • PMS, PMDD, hormone imbalances

  • Recurrent miscarriage

  • Uterine fibroids, cysts, thin lining

  • Thyroid disorders (like hypothyroidism)

  • Stress, anxiety, and emotional wellness during fertility journeys

  • Male factor infertility and unexplained infertility

Do you accept insurance?

We don’t bill insurance directly, but we’re happy to provide a superbill you can submit for reimbursement.
We accept HSA/FSA accounts, and most patients find these are great options.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Life happens — we get it. Just give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • Acupuncture Appointments: $50 cancellation fee

  • Massage Services: Full-service fee for cancellations within 24 hours

A credit card is required on file when booking to reserve your session.
